Specialized Arrays (Sarrays) is awarded a Phase I study to report on the limitations and risks of Externally-Controlled large reflector antenna arraying systems. This approach, by design, requires continual periodic recalibration using external sources, such as a satellite or tower, in order to remain coherent.
